Terms & Conditions and Student Agreement
- Free Trial Enrollment: We offer a 3-class free trial with no payment details or financial obligations required. Before starting regular classes, students must comply with these terms, including any future amendments.
- 1-on-1 Sessions: All classes are strictly private, 1-on-1 live sessions lasting exactly 30 minutes.
- Punctuality: Students must log in on time. If a student is late, the class will still end at its scheduled time to respect the tutor’s next session.
- Classroom Environment: Students must attend classes from a quiet, distraction-free environment with a working microphone, webcam, and a stable internet connection.
- Tutor Flexibility: We strive to provide the best services, but we are not bound to provide the same teacher for the entire course duration. If a regular teacher is absent, a qualified substitute will be assigned. Students cannot leave the institute solely due to a change in teachers.
- Progress Optimization: Regular evaluations and test classes will be conducted by a supervisor to track progress. If a student’s progress is unsatisfactory, the academy reserves the right to assign a different teacher to ensure better results.
- Schedule Changes: Class timings can be changed upon request. However, if your current teacher is unavailable at the new requested time, a different qualified teacher will be assigned.
- Technical Disruptions: In rare cases, classes may be affected by power outages, internet disconnections, or internal technical issues. Alternative makeup classes are not strictly guaranteed for these rare occurrences.
- Non-Circumvention Policy: Parents and students are strictly prohibited from offering personal employment or direct payments to any current or ex-tutors of this academy. All educational services and financial transactions must remain strictly within our platform.
- Reporting Solicitation: If a tutor approaches a student or parent through personal mediums to offer private lessons outside the academy, you are bound to refuse the offer and immediately report it to the management via official support channels so legal action can be taken.
- Official Communications Only: Parents/Students must communicate directly with the administration regarding payments, scheduling, or technical issues. Tutors are strictly hired to teach the subject only and are not authorized to handle administrative or financial matters.
- Gifts & Appreciation Distribution: Any appreciation money or gifts contributed by parents (e.g., upon a student completing the Holy Quran or during Eid) will be shared among the entire support and management team, as student success is a collective effort of the institute, not just an individual tutor.
Refund & Subscription Policy
- Advance Payments: All tuition fees are billed on a monthly subscription basis and must be paid in advance. Your recurring billing cycle begins exactly on your official joining date.
- 100% First-Month Guarantee: After trial classes, if you decide to discontinue or stop your classes for any reason within the first month, a 100% refund of that month’s payment will be issued.
- Non-Refundable Policy: After the first month, once a billing cycle starts and live sessions begin, payments are non-refundable and cannot be adjusted if a student stops attending without prior notification.
- Attendance & Makeups: To qualify for a makeup class if a student is busy or has a conflict, parents must notify the administration via WhatsApp at least 3 to 4 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Makeup classes are subject to teacher time availability.
- No-Show Policy: Missing a class without prior notice counts as a consumed lesson. Teachers are bound to your reserved slots, so no makeup class or adjustment will be provided for unnotified absences.
- Public Holidays: Regular classes will be paused during major Islamic holidays (e.g., Eid). The academy is not bound to provide makeup classes for official public holiday closures.
- Vacation Slot Reservation: If a student goes on vacation for a limited period (less than one month), regular package fees will still apply to reserve and secure their specific time slot with the tutor for their return. Short or long unannounced leaves will not be entertained.
- Withdrawal Notice: Parents/Students are bound to serve a 1-month prior notice before officially leaving the institute. This allows us to properly adjust the teachers’ schedules and maintain job stability for our staff.
